File import available

Apple Health & Apple Watch

Import steps, walking/running distance, sleep, resting heart rate and weight from your Apple Health export. This works through a file; it does not give this website access to HealthKit.

How to export from your iPhone
  1. Open Health, tap Summary, then your profile picture.
  2. Choose Export All Health Data and save the ZIP to Files.
  3. Unzip it, then choose export.xml below.
  4. Select one source, such as your Apple Watch, and review the preview.
Apple’s export instructions ↗

Maximum 25 MB. Your original XML stays in this browser. Only the daily values shown in your preview and the selected source name are sent when you confirm. For larger files, adapt daily totals to our CSV template.

How dates and totals are calculated

Choose a single source to avoid combining your phone and watch. Steps and distance are summed within each local date recorded in the export. Overlapping or duplicate activity intervals and intervals crossing midnight are skipped; totals may be lower than Apple’s own summary. Weight and resting heart rate use the latest reading each day.

Sleep includes asleep stages only, merges overlapping intervals, and is assigned to the local end date of each merged interval. Awake and time in bed are excluded. Missing values stay blank. Review the preview if you traveled between time zones. Repeat imports fill only empty fields, so they do not refresh values already saved.

Provider integration pending

Fitbit & Pixel Watch

Fitbit’s legacy API shut down on October 30, 2026. A direct connection now needs a Google Health API integration and its authorization setup. For now, adapt an available export to our daily CSV template.

Provider integration pending

Garmin

There is no direct Garmin account connection here yet. Adapt available daily totals to our CSV template. Direct access would require Garmin developer approval and an additional integration.

Samsung & other health apps

Use an export you can adapt to our daily columns. Android Health Connect is not a website connection; direct on-device access needs an Android companion app.

Stay in control of your data

Connect only accounts you own. Access credentials are encrypted on the server. You can remove a connection here and revoke authorization in the device provider’s account settings. Disconnecting keeps previously imported entries; you can manage those in Data & privacy.

Different devices use different measurement methods. WHOOP HRV is RMSSD; it is not interchangeable with every other HRV measure. Device estimates support personal tracking and are not diagnoses.
